Sting will bring his favorite hits to Belgrade: the concert will open the sixth River Fest
The Belgrade music program will be supplemented with a performance by Sting in the summer of 2027. The concert will take place on June 2 at BW Kula Plaza, a site at the foot of the Kula Beograd tower, overlooking the banks of the Sava. It is with this performance that the sixth Belgrade River Fest will begin. In 2027, the festival will combine two evenings - June 2 and 3. The organizers have not yet revealed the name of the artist who will present the program on the second day.
Sting will come to Belgrade with the “Sting 3.0” tour, in which the musician turns to the trio format. Together with his colleagues, he presents famous works in updated arrangements, focusing on the live interaction of instruments and vocals. This approach allows for a different hearing of songs familiar to listeners from different stages of the performer’s career.
In the concert repertoire, a special place is occupied by compositions that have become international hits: “Every Breath You Take”, “Roxanne”, “Englishman in New York”, “Fields of Gold” and “Shape of My Heart”. The artist’s creative path is connected both with the group The Police and with his successful solo career. Sting received 17 Grammy awards, and the total number of albums sold exceeded 100 million copies.
The upcoming concert will unite fans of different generations and will become one of the events of the festival summer in the Serbian capital. On our website you can buy tickets for the Sting concert at the Belgrade River Fest to hear famous songs performed by a musician in an open area by the river.
