Slane Castle

Since 1981, Lord Henry Conyngham has utilized the meadows surrounding the castle as a natural amphitheater capable of hosting up to 80,000 spectators. The venue has attracted legendary acts such as Queen, The Rolling Stones, and U2. The latter shares a special connection with the castle: in 1984, they recorded their album The Unforgettable Fire there.
